Layout Drawing of Franklin Park and it's Features

The construction of the new Van Wert neighborhood park began in the Spring of 2016. Franklin Park was built on the site where the former Franklin Elementary School once stood. The parks design is filled with two age appropriate playgrounds, walking path, basketball court, pickleball courts and a shelter house. The park also includes skateboard park, splash pad and is enhanced with open space, landscaping and signage that completes the entire design of the park.
