*An appeal has been filed by Vantage Career Center, 818 N Franklin Street, Van Wert Ohio, CASE NUMBER 916, requiring the following variance, conditional usage or Zoning Inspectors decision in the Zoning Code:
Requesting to reduce side yard setback at 148 Keplar Street, allowing for 5-foot setback on the east side of property; requirement under ordinance is 13 feet.
For the purpose of hearing objections to, or protests against, the granting of said appeal, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday August 13, 2020 at 5:00 pm, in Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 515 East Main Street, Van Wert, Ohio 45891.
