LEGAL NOTICE
An appeal has been filed by Van Wert County Foundation, 138 E Main Street Street, Van
Wert Ohio, CASE NUMBER 929, requiring the following variance, conditional usage or
Zoning Inspectors decision in the Zoning Code:
Allow for first floor residential living at 121/123/125 N Washington Street.
For the purpose of hearing objections to, or protests against, the granting of said appeal,
the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday July 8, 2021 at 5:00
pm, in Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 515 East Main Street, Van
Wert, Ohio 45891.

Ohio, CASE NUMBER 930, requiring the following variance, conditional usage or
Zoning Inspectors decision in the Zoning Code:
Requesting to reduce front setback location of sign from approved distance of 115 feet to
70 feet from center line of S Washington Street for the construction of a digital outdoor
advertising structure (billboard) at 1184 S Washington Street.
For the purpose of hearing objections to, or protests against, the granting of said appeal,
the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday July 8, 2021 at 5:00
pm, in Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 515 East Main Street, Van
Wert, Ohio 45891.
