An appeal has been filed by Jeffery Haley, 15375 Cherry Tree Road, Noblesville IN 46062, CASE NUMBER 937, requiring the following variance, conditional usage or Zoning Inspectors decision in the Zoning Code:
Requesting to construct 155-foot-tall wireless communications tower. Monopole tower to be located on Van Wert County fairgrounds property; 585 Fox Road, Van Wert Ohio.
For the purpose of hearing objections to, or protests against, the granting of said appeal, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday September 9, 2021 at 5:00 pm, in Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 515 East Main Street, Van Wert, Ohio 45891.
